Shipping and Returns Policy 

Physical Products:

Your order is being shipped from Staffordshire, UK. We aim to ship all of our orders out within 2-4 days of your order being placed. Orders should arrive within 7-10 working days but we cannot make any guarantees. There could be potential delays due to public holidays or postage strikes that are out of our control. 

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of the UK. 

If your order is taking longer than expected please check the address supplied is correct, check with your local post office and then contact us with your inquiry - info@tinyrituals.uk

Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

Please email a photo of the damaged item and packaging along with your name and order number to info@tinyrituals.uk

Digital Products:

All digital download products are non-refundable. Once payment has been made your digital products will be delivered to the email address provided by you. Please remember to check your spam folder if the email does not arrive in your inbox.

Change of mind returns

If you have changed your mind and you would like a refund, you have 28 days to return the unused item. The item must be in the same condition as you received it. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received, you will be notified by email along with confirmation or rejection of your refund. 

If your return is approved you will receive your refund to the card you placed the order with.
